4 Boros and a Beer 2006

We completed our first 4 Boros and Beer ride yesterday. We had 5 flats in our group, 2 of which were mine. Earle, Jan, Kerry, Graham, Oliver, Ling, Giselle, Craig and myself formed the ride team, though Craig had to drop out early due to a series of pinch flats on his front tire (possible rim damage?).
Overall we had a laid back and enjoyable ride through NY. It's amazing to cycle through highways and bridges devoid of cars. Join us next year for more fun.
P.S. The Brazen Head doesn't have pub grub but offers free bagels on Sundays. Great beer selection though.
5 Boro Ride Get Ready!

I hope y'all are excited for the ride this Sunday, May 7th is

Dont' worry about fixing flats and stuff. You'll be with me and I can take care of that stuff.
Don't Forget to bring:
1. You, a bike, and a helmet
2. A light windbreaker (morning may be chilly)
3. A water bottle
4. A spare inner tube (buy a spare inner tube for your bike as it's easier to change a flat than to patch one).
5. Money for beer (Happy Hour from 2pm -6pm!)
6. A small camera (charge your battery!)
7. Charged cell phone
Need a bike? You can
rent one for the day or purchase
